2014 Annual Meeting and Elections - PAGB Board of Directors
PAGB is getting ready to elect its Board of Directors for the upcoming term, and now accepting nominations for the positions below. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by secret ballot at the annual meeting of the Association. The new Board will commence its term on March 23rd, 2014.
At the 2014 Annual Meeting, PAGB will elect members for all positions within the PAGB board of directors, and for the terms listed below:
1. President - 2 year term
2. Vice President - 1 year term
3. General Secretary/Clerk - 1 year term
4. Treasurer - 2 year term
5. Director Public Relations - 2 year term
6. Director Membership/Students Affair - 2 year term
7. Director Social Affairs - 1 year term

The Vice President, General Secretary, and the Director Social Affairs are being elected this year for a 1 year term to allow implementation of the governance structure outlined within the current constitution of PAGB. Members for these position are to be elected only during odd numbered years and shall remain in these roles for a period not to exceed 2 years. With the election schedule decided for this year, the incoming board will have the option to implement this structure by re-implementing members for these positions in 2015 - also the next odd numbered year.
